Great turnout at the first annual Meet Who You Tweet event held at Bistro 9
in East Greenwich on Thursday, June 17, 2010 6-8:30PM
We created an exciting forum in Rhode Island where you, your Twitter
followers and friends can meet socially and have genuine conversations over
the 140 character limit!
Part of the proceeds has gone to the United Way of Rhode Island for the Rhode Island Flood Recovery Fund (RIFRF). The money RIFRF raised is used to help cover those expenses NOT covered by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), private insurance and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
We are looking forward to partnering with other local non-profit organizations in Rhode Island for next year's event.
